Ice Stadium (via Bonacossa 1, Cortina d’Ampezzo) from 10.00 am till 7.00 pm on Thursday 23 June 2022.
A valid identity document required

   

CHANGING ROOMS AND BAG DEPOSIT

Palestra Revis (via dei Campi 1, Cortina d'Ampezzo) from 6.30 am to 7.30 am on Friday 24 June.
After the arrival, at the Palestra Revis changing rooms and showers.

   

BAGS COLLECTION

Palestra Revis after the arrival and no later than 8.30 pm on Friday 24 June upon presentation of race bib.

   

START TIME

Be present in Corso Italia in Cortina by 7.30 am on Friday 24 June 2022. At 8 am the race begins.

   

MAXIMUM TIME

12 hours (by 8 pm on Friday 24 June).

   

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

- race backpack carry mandatory equipment
- long sleeved sweatshirt
- long trousers or tights
- hat or bandana
- warm and waterproof gloves
- water reserve of at least 1 litre
- glass (15 cl at least), cutlery, beakers, plates, bowls
- race bib number visible during the entire duration of the race
- emergency thermal blanket (min. 2.00 m x 1.40)
- whistle
- cell phone switched on with emergency numbers stored
- waterproof jacket with an integrated hood, made with a waterproof membrane like Goretex with minimum 10,000 Schmerber, designed to withstand the bad weather in the mountains. (It is the runner's responsibility to bring a jacket that respects these criteria. In case of a check during the race, the steward or judge will decide if the jacket respects the criteria outlined in the official race regulations.)
- footwear appropriate for running on Dolomite terrain (stones, rocks, gravel)
- to reduce plastic consumption, disposable tableware (cutlery, beakers, plates, bowls) will not be handed out at refreshment stations or life bases, thus athletes must bring their own cutlery and containers if they wish to eat hot/cold food.
- energy bars or solid food
- at least 20€ to buy food in the Alpine huts if necessary
- elastic bandages for dressings

- warm long-sleeved sweater
- sunscreen
- a third layer (fleece, quilted jacket etc.) in case of particularly cold weather.
Trekking poles are permitted.

DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES

Disqualification :
- failing to pass a check point
- taking shortcuts
- leaving rubbish along the race route
- failing to aid a participant in difficulty
- insulting or threatening staff or volunteers
- using transport during the race
- refusing to undergo checks by the medical staff along the race route
- refusing to allow checks on mandatory equipment.

One-hour penalty:
- failing to have an anorak, emergency blanket, camel bag or bottles with a 1-litre capacity.
Thirty-minute penalty:
- failure to have: a whistle, long sleeved sweater, long trousers or tights, cap or bandana, gloves, drinking cup or water bottle;
- failure to show the race number bib.
