Ice Stadium (via Bonacossa 1, Cortina d’Ampezzo) from 10.00 am till 7.00 pm on Friday 24 June 2022.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
- Pre-race Shuttle: Saturday 25 June at 4.30 am from the bus station in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Via G. Marconi 5. Arrival is scheduled at the start area of the race at 6 am.
- Post-race Shuttle: Saturday 25 June - Palestra Revis, via dei Campi 1 - Cortina d’Ampezzo, from 5 pm to 5.30 am on Sunday 26 June, about every 90 minutes. To get on the bus it is compulsory to show the bib number.
As established by the Italian Consiglio dei Ministri on 15 June 2022, the use of FFP2 mask is MANDATORY on the shuttle buses.
BAGS DEPOSIT
The bags must be handed in between 5.45 am and 6.15 am on Saturday 25 June in San Vigilio di Marebbe at the starting area. Only bags provided by the Organizers will be transported to Cortina.
BAGS COLLECTION
Palestra Revis from 4.00 pm on Saturday 25 June to 12 noon on Sunday 26 June, upon presentation of race bib numbers.
START TIME
Be present in San Vigilio di Marebbe (BZ) by 6.15 am on Saturday 25 June 2022.
At 6.30 am the race begins

CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS
After the arrival, at the Palestra Revis (via dei Campi 1, Cortina d'Ampezzo).
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
- race backpack carry mandatory equipment
- long sleeved sweatshirt
- long trousers or tights
- hat or bandana
- warm and waterproof gloves
- water reserve of at least 1 litre
- glass (15 cl at least), cutlery, beakers, plates, bowls
- race bib number visible during the entire duration of the race
- emergency thermal blanket (min. 2.00 m x 1.40 m)
- whistle
- cell phone switched on with emergency numbers stored
- waterproof jacket with an integrated hood, made with a waterproof membrane like Goretex with minimum 10,000 Schmerber, designed to withstand the bad weather in the mountains. (It is the runner's responsibility to bring a jacket that respects these criteria. In case of a check during the race, the steward or judge will decide if the jacket respects the criteria outlined in the official race regulations.)
- headlamp with spare batteries or two headlamps with batteries
- footwear appropriate for running on Dolomite terrain (stones, rocks, gravel)
- to reduce plastic consumption, disposable tableware (cutlery, beakers, plates, bowls) will not be handed out at refreshment stations or life bases, thus athletes must bring their own cutlery and containers if they wish to eat hot/cold food.
- energy bars or solid food
- at least 20€ to buy food in the Alpine huts if necessary
- elastic bandages for dressings

DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES
Disqualification :
- failing to pass a check point
- taking shortcuts
- leaving rubbish along the race route
- failing to aid a participant in difficulty
- insulting or threatening staff or volunteers
- using transport during the race
- refusing to undergo checks by the medical staff along the race route
- refusing to allow checks on mandatory equipment.
One-hour penalty:
- failing to have a headlamp, an anorak, an emergency blanket, camel bag or bottle with a 1-litre capacity
- availing of unauthorised assistance or assistance outside of the areas laid down in the regulation.
Thirty-minute penalty:
- failure to have: a whistle, spare batteries or second headlamp, long sleeved sweater, long trousers or tights, cap or bandana, gloves, drinking cup or water bottle;
- failure to show the race number bib.
